Personal data processing policy
This policy explains what personal data ИП Метлицкий Никита Михайлович (INN 240404999893) processes as a personal data operator when granting the right to use the Muerte Cloud software, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ on personal data.
1. Data we process
- Account data: e-mail address, name or login, password stored as a hash.
- Payment data: date, amount and status of the payment, transaction identifier. Card details are neither collected nor stored — they are entered on T-Bank's secure page.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, dashboard access logs.
- Support data: the content of correspondence and attached materials.
- Data the User deploys inside their own applications is not used by the operator and is processed purely technically, on the User's instructions.
2. Purposes and legal grounds
- Granting the right to use the Software and performing the contract (offer) — ground: contract with the data subject.
- Settlements, metering, invoicing and fiscal receipts — ground: performance of the contract and statutory requirements.
- Security, abuse prevention and incident detection — ground: the operator's legitimate interest.
- Responding to support requests — ground: contract and the subject's consent.
- Service notifications about platform operation — ground: performance of the contract. Marketing e-mails are sent only with separate consent.
3. Storage and localisation
- Databases containing personal data of Russian citizens are located in the Russian Federation.
- The infrastructure is hosted in the data centres of ООО «Селектел» (Selectel), a hosting provider listed in the Roskomnadzor registry.
- Account data is stored for the term of the contract and 3 years after its termination; payment documents for 5 years as required by law.
- Technical logs are retained for the limited period needed for diagnostics and security.
- Cross-border transfer of personal data is not carried out without a separate legal basis.
4. Protection measures
- Data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS 1.2+) only.
- Passwords are stored as irreversible hashes.
- Staff access to data follows least privilege; administrator actions are logged.
- Backups are created regularly and stored securely.
5. Data subject rights
- Obtain information about the processing of their personal data.
- Request rectification, blocking or erasure of incomplete, outdated or unlawfully processed data.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
- Complain about the operator's actions to Roskomnadzor or in court.
- Requests are sent to [email protected]; responses are given within the deadlines set by Law 152-FZ.
