Muerte Cloud is software (a web platform) that automates the deployment, management and operation of applications, APIs and bots. The subject of the contract is the right to use this software under the selected plan. The service is digital and delivered remotely via the dashboard on this website.

• Plan scope: platform resource consumption limits — compute limit, memory limit, persistent storage volume, network transfer volume, backups — plus Git-based deploys, domain management, logs and metrics.
• The platform does not supply computing power to third parties as a standalone hosting service: limits apply strictly inside the Muerte Cloud software.
• Country of provision: the Russian Federation. Infrastructure placement — see section 2.
• Plans and rates are published on the Pricing page; the final amount is based on actual consumption of the limits.
• No physical or restricted goods are sold: the rightsholder provides access to its own software only.

The computing infrastructure that runs the Muerte Cloud software is hosted in the data centres of ООО «Селектел» (Selectel) — a hosting provider listed in the Roskomnadzor hosting provider registry — under a contract between the rightsholder and that provider.

• The statutory duties of a hosting provider under Russian law are performed by the accredited provider whose infrastructure hosts the platform.
• The rightsholder is a customer of that provider and uses the obtained resources to operate its own software.
• The user is granted access to software functionality, not to a standalone information-system hosting service.
• The user is solely responsible for the content and legality of the applications and data they deploy through the platform.

We accept МИР, Visa and Mastercard bank cards, as well as T-Pay. Payments are processed by Т-Банк (tbank.ru).

Charges are made in RUB. The receipt and invoice are sent to the e-mail provided at checkout.

• Access to the software is activated automatically right after a successful payment, usually within 5 minutes.
• Delivery method: remote, via the dashboard on this website. No physical shipping involved.
• Available regions: the Russian Federation and countries where use of the software is not restricted by law.
• Export restrictions: access is not provided to countries or persons subject to RF export restrictions.

• You can stop using the platform at any time in the dashboard: billing stops the moment the service is stopped.
• Unused balance is refunded upon request to [email protected], stating the payment date and amount.
• Refunds are issued to the original card within 10 business days after the request is confirmed.
• Already consumed limits are non-refundable, except for incorrect billing or downtime caused by us.

• All website and dashboard pages are served under a single domain over HTTPS (TLS 1.2+) only.
• We never collect, process or store card data: card details are entered on T-Bank's secure payment page.
• Payer confidential data is transmitted encrypted over TLS in line with PCI DSS requirements.
• Infrastructure access follows least privilege; administrator actions are logged.
• Personal data is processed under Federal Law 152-FZ; databases containing personal data of Russian citizens are located in the Russian Federation.
• The rightsholder has filed a personal data processing notification with Roskomnadzor as a personal data operator.
