How often do backups run?
Backups can be scheduled or run manually, for both volumes and managed databases. You get a file list and can restore from it.
Are there preview environments or rollbacks?
PR preview environments are in development and not available yet. Instant rollback is already available — you can revert to any previous successful build from the deploy history. Today you can also manually redeploy or rebuild any past commit.
